The round display is the review surface: home, the exact payload, expired, or cancelled. Past the LCD, a motion command is applied only for a Solana confirmation bound to that command.

On-device hardware wallet

A new wallet type. The gadget generates an Ed25519 key, refuses to export the secret, shows the exact payload on the LCD, and emits a signature only after a physical confirm inside a bounded window.

  • No signature before confirm, after expiry, or after cancel.
  • The signature verifies for that payload and fails for any other.

Pocket Wallet, phone approval

Included beside the new wallet, not replaced by it. A physical press advances the ESP32 to phone review. That path still cannot sign or submit.

  • Linux companion, firmware, API, and dashboard stay in the tree.
  • No live provider keys ship with the kit.
